But if you're anything like each of us after a few years of going at it alone, we were so tired of trying to piecemeal together the answers from searches, books, social posts, webinars and YouTube videos. We each just wanted someone to answer our questions and help luminate the path forward.

With over 30 collective years together, we are on a mission to teach, support and guide all those who are ready to embrace their vision and put in the hard work to be a commercial photographer or creative.

We work towards mastery in developing and refining systems for finances, marketing, client management, and upleveling our creative skills though portfolio challenges and reviews. We tackle the intricacies of working with brands, publishers, and ad agencies, as well as we bring in guest speakers to learn about their methods and insights into the commercial world and their business.

Caydie McCumber: Based in Los Angeles and San Francisco, Caydie is a commercial photographer specializing in fitness and healthy lifestyle.

Her work encapsulates diversity, joy, and empowerment with a clean and dynamic style.

Since earning her BFA in Photography at California College of Fine Arts, she has worked vehemently in the commercial industry. When not behind a camera, you can find her traveling, rock climbing, hiking with her pup, or taking a fitness class.

Shelly Waldman: Splitting her time between California and London, Shelly is a commercial photographer with a focus on food and lifestyle. Her uplifting and fun approach is complemented by a diverse career that spans professional sports, finance, and entrepreneurship. S

Shelly founded Creative Camp to mentor others in finance, operations, and marketing.

When not photographing, Shelly volunteers with Focus on Women, loves recording & listening to podcasts, audiobooks and pop music, drinking chai lattes, playing with her two cats, traveling and connecting with others.

Lauren Hubbard: Atlanta-based and frequently traveling, Lauren Hubbard is a commercial photographer + videographer specializing in food and lifestyle imagery.

Her work is vibrant and illustrates experiences of joy and togetherness.

With seventeen years in the industry, Lauren has garnered a passion for creative problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and cultivating community. She serves on the boards of Focus On Women and APA Atlanta, and enjoys podcasting, coaching creatives, and spending time with her family and pets.
